“Nothing ever goes away until it has taught us what we need to know.” – Pema Chodron

Uncover the wisdom of your struggle...

Welcome!

We're all seeking change. We seek growth. Within us, is an innate drive for wholeness. We aspire to find the blocks within and without that impede our desire for health, happiness, and our greatest potential.

The last 20 years have seen profound advancements in neuroscience, attachment theory, mindfulness meditation, couple therapy, and mind-body approaches to psychotherapy. What the progress in these areas has shown us is that REAL TRANSFORMATION, change, GROWTH, and healing are more possible than ever before.

You either walk inside your story and own it or you stand outside your story and hustle for your worthiness.

These advances have also led to more effective and efficient approaches to therapy. Years in talk-therapy is often no longer necessary. Accessing your mind-body experience, working with your nervous system can lead to the satisfaction you seek in a surprisingly rapid time-frame.

I have devoted more than 25yrs of my life to better understanding this crazy mystery we call the human journey. Please contact me if you want to clear the blocks that exist between you and your hopes, dreams, goals, happiness, satisfaction, and wholeness.

My belief is in the blood and flesh as being wiser than the intellect. The body-unconscious is where life bubbles up."

About Alex Fuller

I was born and raised in the Midwest, along the rolling hills of Eastern Iowa. By 13, I became sincerely interested in the human journey and human suffering, and even at such a young age, I felt a strong calling to become a psychotherapist. My gaze never wavered, and I followed that path to where I am today, nearly three decades later. Since then, I have been engaged in my own personal growth-work and healing.
